today is the first day of my diet that my mom has forced/required/demanded me to do. technically… I didn’t starve. I drank weird stuff in replacement of food… which is part of this diet plan my mom bought.
I even ran half a friggin mile, which is pretty amazing given the fact that I have not ran so much since my freshman year in high school. hopefully this thing works, cause...
